Harvest Red
Varieties : Selection of
several red varieties. Grapes haversted in optimal ripe
stage, high sugar contents, even acidity and maximun index of
variety flavor.

Grapes are transported in small boxes.
Fermentación is driven at 25ºC, while maceration is maintained about
5-6 days. Follows natural malolactyc fermentation. The whine is
clarified only via natural decantation and is not filtered. Finally
is stored in bottles 3 months before delivery.
Taste: Young red wine, simple
and enjoyable. Slightly astringent, typical in the Jaen Negro
variety. It is a red wine to use as a table wine each day.
Drinking: It is reccomended to
drink warm between 17-20 ºC, along the "every day" dinner.
