Harvest Red

Varieties : Selection of several red varieties. Grapes haversted in optimal ripe stage, high sugar contents, even acidity and maximun index of variety flavor.

Elaboración: Elaboración: Grapes are transported in small boxes. Fermentación is driven at 25ºC, while maceration is maintained about 5-6 days. Follows natural malolactyc fermentation. The whine is clarified only via natural decantation and is not filtered. Finally is stored in bottles 3 months before delivery.

Taste: Young red wine, simple and enjoyable. Slightly astringent, typical in  the Jaen Negro variety. It is a red wine to use as a table wine each day.

Drinking: It is reccomended to drink warm between 17-20 ºC, along the "every day" dinner.
