Macabeo (White)

Variety: Macabeo (85%) and Jaen Blanco (15%) . Grapes haversted in optimal ripe stage, high sugar contents, even acidity and maximun index of variety flavor.

Elaboration: Grapes are transported in small boxes and pressed very quickly and smoothly, extracting only the very first juice. Fermentation process is driven at very low temperature (16ºC)

Taste: Young wine with self personality due to the special riping process of grapes located between 900 and 1.100 meters high. Palid yellow color with fine varietal flavor and nice fermentation reminiscence.

Drinking: It is reccomend to drink cold between 8-10 ºC, along fish, cheese and any other food that complement its smooth flavor and taste.
