Rosado (Rosé wine)
Varieties : Tempranillo (50%)
and Garnacha (50%) . Grapes haversted in optimal ripe stage, high
sugar contents, even acidity and maximun index of variety flavor.
Elaboration: Grapes are
transported in small boxes and pressed very quickly and smoothly,
extracting only the very first juice, whithout maceration . Fermentation
process is driven at very low temperature (16ºC)
Taste: Young rosé wine with
bright and smooth color. Taste well equilibrated, slightly tanic.
Fermentation flavors and Tempranillo variety notes in the
background.
Drinking: It is reccomended to
drink cold between 8-10 ºC, along fish, cheese, meats and any other
food that complement its smooth flavor and taste.
