Tempranillo (Red wine)
Varieties : Tempranillo. Grapes haversted
in optimal ripe stage, high sugar contents, even acidity and maximun
index of variety flavor.
Elaboration: Grapes are
transported in small boxes.
Fermentación is driven at 25ºC, while maceration is maintained about
12 days. Follows natural malolactyc fermentation. The whine is
clarified only via natural decantation and is not filtered. Finally
is stored in bottles 6 months before delivery.
Taste: Young red wine, powerful
and complex. Very pleasant velvet texture. Intense red ruby color
and varietal flavor.
Drinking: It is reccomended to
drink warm between 17-20 ºC, along meat, cheese, any other food that
complement its smooth structure |
